SKOKI LOOP, 3-day Solo Backpacking Trip. Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada.

What's not to love about the Skoki region in Banff? So many awesome things to say about this trip: the lush forests, colourful lakes, rocky passes, and the dark night skies. The goal of this trip was nothing more than to enjoy this mystical region. By using Bakers Lake as a base camp, I was able to take my time doing the loop in one day with a light pack. It gave me a chance to slow down and take it all in.

Will be doing this in early June :) But in reverse. Merlin Meadows, Deer Lakes, then Baker Lake.
