Good day my name is David Roberts I am the owner of Alaska air guns which is the only supplier air guns in Alaska. I just saw your gun for the first time yesterday evening. it was pointed out by one of the sales managers I work with. The last gun that got me excited as this gun was the SK-19. I would like to get a more in depth description catalog. I would like to have one of these in 357. I was able to help get the law past in Alaska 4 Caribou and black tailed deer hunting however the requirement is 357 or greater. I am also working on lobbying people in the council and on the board fore large dangerous game. There might be a nice surprise coming soon. And I wanted to let all the air gun enthusiasts in Alaska to take extra notice of your product. I have sold many elite type guns won't mention names. I would like to add this one under my repertoire. Nice to see the EPOCH sling some lead I hope you will do accuracy demonstrations on all the calibers, and share shot count ASO I also hope you guys will be able to be there for the increasing number of shooters that want to shoot slugs and not pellets, and do so with dedicated hardware ( barrel ) as most others have pellet focused barrels that can shoot some slugs.

We just posted a video demonstrating our valve's ability to deliver slugs at more than 1000fps. We will have accuracy and further caliber demonstrations as we finalize our barrel production.

@@skoutairguns O yes i just saw that one, have been AFK for 2 days helping my mate, so much so me bringing one of my rifles,,,,, well it did not get any use. But ! we made good progress on another of our projects, so win / win days for sure. Anything you guys can throw out there i am sure people will like, i am anxiously awaiting the next video, even if it will be quite a while before i will be able to get a new rifle. I have no problems getting excited on behalf of other people. 🙂

Very innovative! Been watching this product for a while, I will admit I'm disappointed its not at least semi automatic considering the technology driving it. I would have thought full or semi auto should be very doable.

I have high hopes for your spool valve addressing the hammer & spring demands for higher velocities on heavy pellets . When you are shooting thousands of rounds anything that can reduce shock is a plus .

Fantastic presentation & content, except for the overly loud music, I was going to say Background Music but it was much more than that & very distracting, your product didn't seem to need propping up with...... Would be nice to have it in .357 shooting over 215 fpe . I’ve taken numerous trophy axis and other large game in Tx with my bulldog at 330 + fpe . I see this gun being more of a range rifle over a hunting platform. I seen in a prior message they’re starting around 2950$

Hello Skout airguns, the epic seems a very exciting proposition, having shot the daystates on my reviews & on the range in sub 12ftlb, I was wondering if the electronic switch for a trigger works as it can be problematic on the electric rifle I've shot up to now, u feel a personal independent review would be beneficial, when are they being launched in the UK ? The company knows what they’re doing with electronic controlled air guns. They’ve been making electronic paintball markers for over 20 years and reliability is not a concern. The board & fire control of this is based of their current Luxe TM40, a VERY successful product. They’re hoping to make them available this year but I think the UK launch will probably be early 2023

you will never sell me on that trigger system. If you have to make an artificial breaking point do it! That is not a trigger I can take hunting and I really want one of these things. I will never buy something this expensive unless it puts out Umarex Hammer level energy so I can hunt big game with it. If you made it in 45 or 50 caliber and ramped up the foot pounds I would consider overlooking the trigger but I would always wish it pulled like a firearm and not a CAPS button. Still though I am pretty happy with your product. Make me a deer rifle and Ill spend tens of thousands of this product but I just do not need a racoon gun that cost more than 20 Ruger 10/22s. I need a powerful modern multi shot deer rifle that is bigger than 9mm to reliably harvest Deer with big headgear,Elk, Moose, Bear and even dangerous game from time to time. Also the trigger break is more important on a weapon than it is on a paintball gun. the feel of the trigger breaking is so important to shot placement and instinctive shooting training that this trigger is going to be a stopping point for lots of people. It is a great paintball idea. You are trying to feather as many shots as fast as possible in that style competition. When it comes to putting one lethal shot on the game you hunt for so hard each year it needs to be something you can feel with frozen fingers and extreme adrenaline. A trigger with no actual force in pull and felt breaking point is not a safe weapon and it is going to cause a lot of people to miss game. The safety and the external button you are required to push before shooting is all to much for a pulse pounding encounter with Mr. 10 point. When making hunting tools they must be so fool proof that adding extra steps to the equation is just not something most hunters will accept from their primary. If you put a breaking click in your switch that you can feel and give the trigger at least 1 lb of resistance you are making a mistake. I know nothing about your design and have no idea how you would engineer something like this but if you want to blow everyone away with every aspect of your design make a trigger that feels like a gun and not a space ray.

what I find concerning is the 1/2 MOA claim. Either you are a liar, or ignorant. That group was not bad for a 30 cal pellet but it was not 1/2 MOA. That is a common shoot and see paster from Amazon.

We do not claim that the shooter demonstrates a 1/2 MOA grouping in this video - our project developer states that it was a design goal of the platform. This demonstration was performed by an amateur shooter, the EPOCH® is capable of tighter groups. It would have been possible to record again and again until we had the perfect "youtube" grouping, however, the video would have been unauthentic. We are shooting a 30 caliber pellet at 100 yds, the shoot & see stickers where added for visibility in this video. We wanted to demonstrate what an average person could expect their first time shooting the platform. Ryan has extensive experience in paintball competition, but is not a competition shooter in air rifles - yet. Thank you for your concern and feedback.
