U dont know that... most producers normally produce one genre, but that doesnt mean that they cant produce other genres... And if it was mostly Milo and Otis, they would made the remix alone...

It just seems odd that this is Milo & Otis's style but Skrillex and Kill The Noise put their names on it as well. I cant see any of their styles in this song.

Official Fantasy Due to the nature of a remix, yeah, it's going to sound a lot like Milo & Otis -- even if Skrillex and KTN did most of the work. I mean, they're using stems from the original song, same chord progressions, a lot of the same sounds, etc. I will say, however, that the buildup sounds like Skrillex's style, and the drop does too (recess style drop). Moreover, I wouldn't be surprised if KTN helped make those scratchy plucks and screeches; they seem to resemble his style.
