@Chris Johnson Your only partly correct. Daz made a couple beats and ideas for The Chronic and Doggystyle but he did not produce most of them, hell he didnt become a main producer until around 1995 when his album came out. Its all a lie, why didnt he complain about it earlier? Why is Snoop Dogg saying otherwise? Hes bitching now in the newer era because people dont listen to that stuff much no more so he knows he'll get away with it. He has no one to back him up but himself, Snoop said Dre produced the whole Doggystyle album while Daz helped. Every producer has a team or a person to help them. For instance Dre and Yella, Dre and Scott Storch, Dre and Melman, and yes Dre and Daz. Daz has a bit of a different taste of a beat than Dre does.
@themadrapper1015 жыл бұрын
Both of you especially the first comment are wrong. That's false. The fans that don't know shit are taking more credit away from Dr. Dre than Dre ever took from others. Daz best beats were WITH Dre you can tell.. Dre co produced and mixed What Would U Do and was all over Dogg Food mixing every song. How come not one Daz or Dogg Pound album after ever had that same crystal clear fresh production that dogg food had?? Sit down with that bullshit Dre was Daz coach and literally taught that dude how to make a beat.. Ignorant haters thinking Dre did nothing but put his name on beats. Snoop even confirmed any idea Daz had Dre would take it to another level. Rarely ever is it just one person making the beat alone. Dre usually had a production team and he was head composer how the best sounded and finalized.
@acidmack10415 жыл бұрын
@@themadrapper101 Actually Daz's work on 2Pac's - All Eyez On Me sounded more crystal clear and fresh then anything that came before it on Deathrow and Dre had nothing to do with mixing that album, it was DJ Quik. So saying the freshness and crispness of records on Deathrow is only down to Dre is not exactly true. As for Snoop though, he flip flops with his comments on certain people all the time so although what he is saying might be right, i wouldn't use him as a viable source of truth, the bullshit and false claims he talks about Pac these days is insane
@L1am215 жыл бұрын

Dre produced and mixed California Love and Can't C Me. The two best produced songs on the album. Imagine if Dre mixed 2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted and Ambitionz az a Ridah.. Those tracks are fine the way they are those are two of Daz best beats he ever did, he also claimed Dre mixed Got My Mind Made Up but doesn't say that in the credits. Dre and Pac worked on at least one or two other songs that were made for All Eyez On Me but weren't finished. Toss It Up was one of them. So basically No Diggity would have been Pacs if Dre didn't leave Death Row

@AnonymousC-lm6tc2 жыл бұрын
Yes, Dre had to come to Eazy any time he wanted to release a new project to get permission. Eazy was in control of the beef the whole time and could have ended their careers with a simple “No” or the stroke of a pen. He was strategic and new how to create longevity, which is why Ruthless ultimately outlasted Death Row. Ruthless would still be putting out music today and discovering new artists had Eazy not passed. It’s a shame he didn’t get to see BTNH at the height of their success.
@TosereOjeme2 жыл бұрын
Bull 🧢, at this time Deathrow was at its peak. They had the number Rapper in the world. Suge ensured his artist were protected. You need to realise that both Bloodz and Crips protected the DPG. Nothing could have happened.
@ezy6152 жыл бұрын
@@TosereOjeme Eazy E was by far more protected than anyone on deathrow. Deathrow was surrounded by gang members who were paid to do it, they wasn’t loyal. Eazy came from the streets and had the back up from the streets for free, thats respect and loyalty. Go and watch VladTV interview with the blood member who was running with Suge, he didn’t even like the guy.
@AnonymousC-lm6tc2 жыл бұрын
Death Row was at its peak when TUPAC was there, beginning in 1995, so they did not have the “number one rapper in the world” at this time. Tupac was their best selling artists and most talented act. After he passed away and Dre left they went down the tubes because they put all their eggs in one basket and weren’t versatile in terms of exploring different styles and utilizing artists capable of performing a range of genres. Furthermore, people were SCARED of Suge because he surrounded himself with Bloods who were paid protection while Eazy E was RESPECTED and loved by several gang divisions, including the Mexican Cartel, who are arguably more dangerous than the Bloods. Besides, Eazy had been in the streets for years prior to entering the music business unlike Suge, who only adopted the “gangster” persona as a business model to gain expedient results without considering long term consequences. Fear wears off or wanes when you lose your veneer of toughness, but respect reverberates throughout generations. That is the difference between Suge and Eazy.
@TG5580-y2k2 жыл бұрын
@@AnonymousC-lm6tc Maybe some surs, but definately not the cartel.
