The guy holding the door back should have been looking out for this and making sure the passengers don’t bang there heads, rather than looking on and doing nothing. Those guests are paying a lot of money and should arrive at their venue bruised and battered. Come on heli operator, attach a foam strip or some king of protector whilst guests are on boarding 🙈
