I'll be covering one of the playable characters in Skullgirls Mobile, Cerebella, and give a brief introduction to her character, covering her basic gameplay and background information before moving on to her movesets and variants.
This video is meant to be a starting guide mostly for those who are in the early-mid stages of the game. Hence, information in this guide takes into account resources that players at this level will have. Cerebella for me, is the best character in the game, not only cause of her insane damage and bb control, also cause almost all cerebellas in the game are pretty good, where i think she falls short is in her diamond variants, having diamonds like love crafted or class cuter, i think she falls a little short, other than that i think its the best character (or one of the best characters).

Cerebella, aka the best one ahah. I have Star-Spangled, Criminal Mind, Armed Forces, Brain Freeze and Arlequim all of them full upgraded in level 60. Also Toad and Gray Matter full level 50 in gold. One day I’ll have all Bellas in diamond ahah

Keep opening relics or invest in other fighters first. Understudy is going to fall out of use in the long run.
