Can't believe nobody is talking about the video itself. The song is great but I specially liked the mini movie made for it, the girl realizing that the guys were gay and leaving in the end cause she knew one of them was madly in love for the other guy who didn't want to accept that he is gay. Amazing video. And the songs translate perfectly for that situation.

I know this song from the cruel intentions soundtrack, which I used to listen to on a portable cd player. I didn't even know if it was a man or woman singing. I didn't care, either. The mystery and androgynous nature of the lyrics, the composition, this song made an impact on me as a teenager. Rediscovering it now, seeing Skin perform, it's even more beautiful.

I'm listening this song so many times and every time it amazes me. The beautiful intro, the calm verse but when pre-chorus she sings with so much raw feeling and, oh God, the breathtaking chorus.
