One of my favorite details about this game was how you/Turnip boy are the one who mutated the boss Liz in the bunker, as hinted at when you get the hazmat suit and see something in the closet next to you start glowing. Because that's so wildly dark for such a cartoony story that you found some of the last remaining humans in the world, mutated their daughter, and proceeded to put her out of her misery. Also the free dlc for this game is amazing too, and I'd really love to see you play that if you get the chance. It's an infinite rogue-lite train dungeon where you refight various enemy types as well as the bosses from the campaign (except liz and mayor onion), as well as a couple new bosses with their own story to discover.

In my first playthrough of this game, I ripped up every tax document before experiencing mayor onion, mainly because I talked to each and every npc I come across and did all their quests (strawberry's love letter was probably my favorite, you just rip it up in front of her lmao) I didn't even know that the "god onion" was a "secret ending" until my friend told me.
