15:59 i honestly thought this on my first play-through. it made me think that i was the one who spread the plague by picking up that charm, i felt so guilty. on my next play-through, i avoided that little place.. and i even killed that big bug (15:52) every-time i saw them because i was afraid they may spread the infection by breaking that wall. then i learned about radiance and felt not so bad :)

The randomizer can be scary with certain settings, because if you don't disable the Palace Totems then necessary items can spawn as path of pain totems, meaning you'd have to go through the path of pain without totems. And since Grimmkin Flames are also swapped, if you get 3 flames before doing any of the grimmkin fights then the items you may get from them are gone.
