No, it dont hurt. Your sight turns from colour to grey and than to black. After that you pass out for a short time. At normal G your senses turn back in seconds.

a little back pain but that's about it. i've experiences up to 4 gs on a centrifuge ride. got blurry.

Apparently it's quite euphoric and dreamlike right before it's lights out, and if you're out long enough, I've heard that you might even see your self floating above your own body. Essentially an near death experience, or NDE.
