Sky Princess ... Norwegian Fjords cruise - Our thoughts , and news of our upcoming trip .

So we thought we would give a very loose and informal opinion of what we thought of our latest cruise to the Norwegian Fjords aboard Sky Princess .We gave our opinion on everything from boarding , food , ports of call , and entertainment . Obviously it is only our opinion , hopefully it helps out some people who are thinking of going on Sky.
We tried to compare with the previous ship that we had been on P and O Iona .
Also I thought it would be a good time to inform Pearl of our next trip , a trip to Edinburgh . This time we will be going by rail aboard the Caledonian sleeper , strikes permitting .
Also took the opportunity to thank all who have watched, commented , and subscribed , thank you .

Thank you both for all the advice and tips 😊. I'm not a fan of the atrium on the sky princess seems small as you say . And prefer like Pearl said iona with the windows . You both whinge as much as you want, lol 😆. You're allowed an opinion, and we are not going to like everything we do, so why not say about it. Hi A&J hope you are both well , the trouble as we said with the atrium is its size and we do prefer to see more of the sea as we sail along . We have to have a little whinge now and then 😡 . I agree with you on the atrium on Iona! it was one of our favourite places to be on that ship. Plus we liked those cocktails that came all smoking!

Hi , we did like sky’s atrium but found it harder to get a seat. Now with Iona it’s far more open with great views. I forgot about those cocktails 🍸 they were very dramatic when they came to the table . Thanks as always for watching and commenting.

That was informative. Tell Pearl that you didn't really let the cat out of the bag. She had no idea where you were going, or how you were doing it. I'm excited about this one. It must be a little warmer there then here. We have now gone from very warm to very chilly! Living in SW Ohio is always interesting when it comes to weather. I couldn't hear if you gave a date for the trip. Edinburgh always looks great in pictures. Stay healthy, and I can't wait for more.

Hi Rene lovely to hear from you , I did tell Pearl that Rene was the only other person that knows where we are going . She still doesn’t know what hotel we are in . First video should be about the 5th November. We have had our first frost today which was a bit of a shock. If you like a big cocktail selection you need to go on an MSC cruise with their premium drinks package. We loved our cruise on Virtuosa!

When I was a kid we used to travel down on the sleeper train from Scotland to see my Nan in East Tilbury so it should bring back some happy memories. We are staying on the Fingal in Leith a converted boat . Hope you guys are well .👋

Off on Sky next week. We had the same room steward in 2021 when we did one of the first post covid 4 day cruises ..such a nice guy! Mrs ZT calls them Noddy Trains too lol. Are you based in Essex?
