I think it's the most, and in a game full of heavily overrated songs like Sky Station, Credits and Fluffy Bluff, this is a unique exception. This song along with Puzzle Plank are the two best from this game, and are legendary songs. Although I wouldn't rate these two higher than some Galaxy 1 songs like Good Egg, Enter the Galaxy, Battlerock Galaxy and Buoy Base along with some more.

This theme is just gorgeous! Both of them are! It's things like this that make the Super Mario Galaxy games, in my opinion, two of the greatest videogames ever created. Just masterpieces, and I say this all in confidence, after playing through and beating both of them!!! :)

Now this is just one of the best songs in Galaxy 2! I remember first laying my eyes on a cover of the game, and I was quite surprised the Mario Galaxy legacy continued with this game! Playing in the Galaxy format in a whole new adventure was such a fun adventure back in the early 2010s!
