I had only played Sky Striker a few times in the past. One day i had enough of them after facing them a lot (before master duel was a thing) and started hating them (cause of widow). I might just start playing them again just because of duel links.

They're very good in DL. They're only held back by a lack of core cards (which the skill adds to the deck at the cost of reduced consistency)

Have my deck is almost identical but im almost always going against gladiator beast and speedroids i can never win against them
