ik TTThrust is so good in strikers but any other thing i can replace it with (ik it won’t be the same) but anything that i can put in there instead of those cuz i’m not paying $300~ for them

yeah honestly theyre just consistency cards so you can replace em with anything, can play stuff like raigekis or cosmic cyclones in the main, or just 3 hand traps like veiler, or main deck the 3 evenly matched

@@phantomsygo bet thanks! and i’m trying to make a new deck for the upcoming format just bc i took a break for a minute but is striker a viable option ik it’s not super expensive and has always been a deck i wanted to use just never knew (and still don’t) how to play it

@@eightyeight2219 Yeah i think it will be solid, but it will take some time learning it and playing it optimally, it's not the easiest deck. look up some basic striker "combos" which are really like tips to maximize value of your cards. for example if you have multirole up turn 1, and you search with shizuku in the end phase, you can search a widow anchor, quick play it on your shizuku, and re-set it with your multirole so it's on the field instead of your hand before you pass turn. little stuff like that makes a difference.

Linkage is an amazing piece of support, but I cant deal with how weak Striker is going first.

how about lightning storm im not sure about it, im playing eagle boost instead of area zero to play around traptrix i feel like it is a good option to take into consideration on the other hand what do u think about cutting shark cannon to one. my build is similar im playing 2 lightning instead of 1 trust and 1 tactics talent but im not sure if raigeki is better or not i want something against kashtira maybe i should play 2 veilers instead of that cards

you should test desires it is pretty ok doesnt matter the chance of missing engage because with trust it is just like playing 4 pot of greed

I would definitely include the other 2 evenly matched, a set of cosmic cyclone, and a set of dimensional barrier. the other 7 are more flexible. Kaijus could be good, forbidden chalice, or just handtraps like ghost belle

Maybe some cards like, raigeki, duster, dark hole or anything. Book of eclipse or even gozen match/rivalry

Yeah i think raigeki is quality this format, can def play it if you want to cut anything here. Eclipse is tough in this deck cuz you dont really have a way to clear face down monsters or attack over multiple of them reliably

I havent tested desires in striker to be honest, just too afraid to banish engage and drones mostly. I’ve seen people play it though, i guess it’s preference

I played 2 Pot of Desires in my first ever locals…..yup banished all copies of linkage …..and it was against kastira…….so…..😢

Nobody is main decking anti spell so you can put that in the side, which you would side backrow removal anyway. Droplet is ok

@@phantomsygo sure i side cosmic but i also run phoenix extra . also i wanted your opinion on veiler, selene . it feels super easy to end games in 1 turn

yeah the extra has a flex spot so you can run phoenix if you want for sure. uhh veiler selene is alright, it's a lot less consistent without halqifibrax to summon the veiler since it's pretty much only live if you both open with the veiler and also have a live charmer play to serve as the spellcaster material for the selene, which is kinda situational, but it's a strong power play if you opt to run it. i just prefer more charmers and the zeus personally. it's just personal preference with the flew spots in the extra deck.

yeah i really did give it a go but just pure labrynth was feeling much better than any musket combo. but i appreciate the suggestion! sorry i couldn't make it work out

@@phantomsygo nah bro its fine, love your content, it works for me for some reason but i use a very compact musket engine, 2 caspar and 1 doc, 1 one cross out, 1 counter, 1 desperado and 1 dance. More than this bricks you and you cant use both archtypes properly
