This is the type of content I'm looking for in yugioh, 20 minutes or less, fairly in-depth guide to get started on a relevant and popular archetype. While I can find it elsewhere I'm sure, I would love to see something like this about fire king/snake eye since it will be relevant for a while I'm sure.

Thanks for the comment! I can try to start giving intro guides to decks i dont own. In your opinion would that be valuable still? Or would you rather see it from someone who owns the cards? Like i dont have the snake eye stuff at the moment
@FTAGames10 ай бұрын
@@phantomsygo owning the cards isn't a necessity, most "pro" players use DB to showcase deck and combos anyway. so no reason you shouldn't. I as well as many others i'm sure, would rather get good detailed content focused on a specific subject, over the "omg this is so broken like omg guys look at what this one card can do!" lol. so yeah, anyway that makes creating content easier and more consistent is preferred by this viewer.👍

Just watched 2 mins of the video and have to say this is the best explanation of a deck I have seen yet! And also I really admire your work by fading out the Facecam when you show the crescendo

So, a few other things you can do: 1. If you are able to get the material, I:P can go into Topologic Bomber Dragon, turning all of your summons into a quasi-Raigeki that you can usually proc twice per turn. 2. Failing that, you can instead build around Rusty Bardiche, where if you summon Ding to a zone he points to, you can both destroy *and* send. Or if you don't need the send in that moment, you can reattach Skeleton to Ding from banish. Granted neither of these lines is *necessarily* as versatile as as I:P into S:P, but S:P is absurdly expensive by comparison, and it isn't available in Master Duel. Speaking of: 3. If you haven't gotten Linkuriboh for whatever reason, Linkspider fulfills a similar role and is free with the Link deck that you can either start the game with, or unlock by dueling in ranked 10 times, plus it can turn Shade Brigandine into an effect monster if need be. 4. Also on Master Duel, Dark Grephor is at 3, and I often find him a far better starter than others because he unbricks your hand. Either you can special him and not use your normal by discarding World Wand, Knightmare, or Danger Nessie, but also he can trigger any other Dangers you open. 5. Speaking of, I run Jackalope and Fat Snek. They and Nessie are good discards for Dark Grephor in the best of times. Plus, you can go through Cherubini, which can send Swift Boots OR (more importantly) it can send Skeleton, which the typical line through Harp>Girsu>Knightmare>Wand doesn't have room for. Obviously, none of this is strictly necessary, but the lack of Grephor at 3 facilitating the Dangers is why I'm not playing Orcust in the TCG.

Had a slightly different line in mind that doesn’t need linkuriboh: Girsu send harp, make tokens, and harp summon knightmare like before. Use girsu and knightmare for galatea, knightmare send cymbal. Galatea shuffle back harp or knightmare, whatever one is preferred, for babel. Overlay for ding to attach the other banished machine for use on opponent’s turn, like harp into girsu for another send or knightmare into gizmek (if played). Link ding and token into I:P, pass turn, so there’s cymbal for ding and either harp or knightmare, both for opponent’s turn. This opens up an extra deck slot and has a more variety of plays on the opponent’s turn. Although I suppose if the harp gets bystial’d, you might need the linkuriboh to make galatea or S:P. Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks for the Branded content and now Orcust content! Keep up the great work!

thanks for the insight on that line!
@lucianofrancesco47429 ай бұрын
I also use this line, but Linkuriboh is still too useful to pass up in my opinion. Not only for the reason you just described (harp getting ashed or hit by a Bystial); Linkuriboh could enable your combo in case you bricked and normal summoning bombardier was your only option.
@krni15926 ай бұрын
I don’t really get why you send the cymbal in the first combo. If you send wand, you end up with Harp and Knightmare in the graveyard to use on the opponent’s turn. But maybe I am missing something, pls correct me if I’m wrong.

What do you think of Orcust + Mekk Knights? It used to be a nice rogue deck and had some synergy because Purple could search for Girsu to help in the grind game. Also Girsu + Purple was a nice 2 card combo because you could use the opponent's token to create a Mekk knight column
@phantomsygo10 ай бұрын
it would be interesting, I love the mekk knight cards, I'm just not sure theyre good enough to be worth playing, I think a pure mekk knight deck might just be better than having orcust in there but I'm not sure

Looks interesting. How viable do you think it is in today’s format?

What variant is the best and why? Pk orcust Horus orcust Danger orcust Scrap orcust Or pure
@marvelousle30226 ай бұрын
Horus is my choice. It provides a mil 5, a monster negate and simply monster spamming and attack for game. Pk is not as strong as it was, 2 blades seems not to shut down opp. Scrap is vulnerable to handtraps. I have not tested danger before, seems to be okay. Thats my personal thought

Gonna be honest, while I'm willing to hear someone out, I have never understood the synergies between them. If I'm playing Orcust, I want Babel access. If I'm playing Runick, I want Fountain access. They kind of mutually exclude each other as far as I am concerned.
@-u-waaАй бұрын
@@minabasejderha5972 You're looking to use Runick Fountain to draw cards, then you go for Babel. You're only looking to use Runick Fountain during your opponent's turn if you're unable to go into Babel for whatever reason i.e. you only drew interruption + runicks and didn't get any starters off of the Runick draw.
