Hi, Yes, this music always reminds me of the early Sky Digital days, it's easier on the ear rather than the original tone which was broadcast.

I believe Sky"s only programme not in the englsh language Also the third Breakfast Television programme in Europe,along with BBC Breakfast Time and TV am [at that point in 1987. here in the UK. From the New Forest. GOD BLESS!

+garry simpson Happy New Year. You may recall around 1978, YTV & TTTV did a brief experiment with breakfast TV showing local news and Peyton Place. Plus, Sky Channel did simulcast the Virgin Breakfast Show, with Chris Evans. Although I can't remember the date.

Yes YTV and TTTV did a one month trial in 1978. 8.30am until 9.30am. 8 .30am until 9.15am Tuesday"s due to IBA Engineering announcements for the television Trade.I don"t remember Payton Place though. Also when President Reagan got elected in 1980 four ITV Regions Southern[ my ITV Region],Channel Television,Scottiish,Grampion and Granada had a one-off Breakfast Television service. Presented by Anna Ford,produced by ITN. Yorkshire Television and Tyne Tees Television were part of the Trident group then. Also in 1980. A young Nick Ross presented a one week trial of BBC Radio Scotlands Good Morning Scotland on BBC 1 Scotland. which lead to Nick Ross co-presenting BBC Breakfast Time in 1983. The first German Satellite broadcasters Sat 1 and then RTL [RTL than from Luxembourg] started Breakfast Television from day one of thier transmissions in 1985. I love your videos of WH Smith"s LIFESTYLE and SCREENSPORT channels. I don"t seem to remember paying a penny for those two channels until they closed in 1993. Is that true?
