Thanks for the review Tom. The cards do not have the effects on them because if you play with the beginners guide, not all effects and bonuses are in play.

That feels like a bit of a weak reason, if that was the case then could you not have just put a symbol on those effects and put a note in the beginners guide saying something like "if following this guide, do not play the effects with the _whatever_ symbol"?

@@jordanwallwork3281 We tried symbols too, and it just look like hieroglyphics. You end up having more things to learn. I would prefer keywords and we may bring it into the next edition. I still prefer it without anything. The effects are listed in the rules and on the table on the effect cards that are in play.
