Yes it does! Unless the breaks don't work... That happened to me once. It is a bit annoying because it takes a lot of time (not 15 minutes, though). It is awesome anyway!

Was in there an the breaks didnt work. The coster swung for about 15 minutes, which made all in the coaster seasick.

In a way, yes. When it's too cold or rainy the brakes might not work so well and the train will just roll back and forth until it comes to a halt in the station. Never experienced it myself though and I've ridden this a lot in the past two years. But I also don't want to experience a rollback because the restraints get uncomfortably tight during the ride.
