When we lived in Western Canada before we started our cars we always knocked on our hood (engine area) because animals would climb up in engine area to keep warm in winter. Tap on your engine to scare them out. Trust me if you start your engine and an animal there you’ll hear a Big Bang.

I Love squishmallows! I am 59 my friends daughter gave me one for Christmas few years ago, i sleep on it as my pillow, its a Hoot Hoot Owl squishy. Wish we had a Lindt store! When you were in the pet store and you squeeked that squeeky my pupper looked up at tv and then git up and got one of hers! She had to make sure if was secure lol !!!! Love yall!🎄☃️🎅🤶

I have the same fear of rats, I had a bush rat - it was massive the size of a cat in my bedroom when I was a teenager! I wouldn't have even gone outside until I knew that it was dead! You are way braver than me lol

Good morning!! Yikes about the rat, if that’s what it was. Chances are it was on the outside of your Jeep if so, as they’d go there to stay warm like a cat would. You picked up some great stuff for Christmas. A friend of mine keeps telling me about the Lindt store, but I haven’t gone yet (45 mins away). I love everything Gingerbread & Grinch too, but it sells out really quickly. I also love Reindeer. Winter is back in Saskatchewan 🥶❄️ - I knew it would happen!! Going to a pottery class with one of my besties this afternoon, so I can’t even stay home & hibernate. I feel for you and creatures being in the car. I came out of work last year and saw a marmot climb into my can and i opened the hood and there he was. I was so freaking scared I had to poke him with a stick to get him to come out. one of my coworkers came out and thought i was losing it until he saw it, and he started to laugh and take pictures of it. So yeah they like warm places so hopefully it wont climb back in there.

Poor Cooper looks like he needs about 10 more hours of sleep lol . I have to go and finish my shopping this week and next week if my house stops breaking itself. I'm not looking forward to the crowds. I like the lindt store but Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is my jam. We've gone to banff when visiting hubs and my sil and went to the main spot you can watch them make everything.. its so nice.. As for the rat if it was on your hitch/bumper it would make a lot of noise

Hey Miranda, I did some research lol. The dolls are called. Disney princess petite. And there is 2 different versions with the hair comb or with a pet But they are sold out pretty much everywhere. Amazon doesn't sell them. Just Walmart, toys r us, and Gamestop

In winter months stray cats can climb into a warn engine area to keep warn (doesn't end well for the cat). If it is Ben (yes sorry I gave the rat a name, it's from a movie I saw years ago ) , either * try Irish Spring soap, cutting it into 1" pieces and put in mesh bags to hide in the engine compartment cavity ( only need a few and secure them ) *peppermint oil (not in the engine area) *set a live trap and then have Curtis or the boys release it far away, pest control can do it too. * there is a ultrasonic repellent you can use for vehicles sold at Walmart. ca Deep cleaning the car and camper (it may have traveled in the campers storage area) Rodents do not like peppermint, black pepper, cayenne pepper or cloves Good luck!🐁🐀
