Something that might help you understand this version of Skyblock might be Technoblade’s “the hypixel skyblock experience”, it’s really good at giving a perspective of what’s going on here beyond what Techno does explain in the Potato War itself.

I love how they just keep making more and more people react to the potato war. It's like they can't help but make their friends watch it. It's a "you've never heard of the great potato war?? DUDE! YOU GOTTA SEE THIS" energy, and I LOVE it- mostly because it gives me more technoblade content to watch lol. Keep them coming!

I always come back to this trilogy of episodes. One because Technoblade is a comedic master. Two because the absurd escalation in each of the following parts is a testament to both human ingenuity and willpower. Also yeah the first one. I don't know if Techno deliberately tries to one up himself but I'm glad he does.
