I love the brutality of the series so far. While still alive, it seems Cybertronians are capable of inflicting massive damage, and still survive, even after insane levels of damage. The fight with Soundwave being not only respectful and loyal to the other Decepticons, but to the cause as well, really shows the characters integrity to his ideals.

While this beat down is brutally epic, I always feel like writers are unwilling to give Starscream his due. Fighting Starscream should be the transformers equivalent of fighting Loki. Starscream didn't bumble into being second-in-command of the Decepticons. Starscream is clever and underhanded, you never know what he might be up and is a surprising capable fighter when back into a corner.

I have the impression Soundwave always hates Starscream, but nobody can tell because of his faceplate and monotone voice. Why? Soundwave tries his best to be indispensable, and Starscream instead tries to be useless.

Yeah, in issue 3, i think. Soundwave was trying to get Teletraan-1 to fix Ravage, and Starscream just kicked Ravage out of Soundwave's hand. Because Starscream wanted Thundercracker next.

In audacity, Soundwaves voice was a vocoder and the robot effect was made by adding an echo effect at 0.1 and then duplicating the audio making the duplicated audio slightly deeper and moving it bit along to have a tiny delay
