@@tomperkins4965 we’ll see! It will still be called Paramount, but as for the future of the studio, I’m remain cautiously optimistic

Tell me how you really feel about Paramount. Absolutely agree with you on all you talked about from Paramount Pictures, to the cable networks, and ESPECIALLY Paramount+. For me, that Viacom-CBS split of 2006 was truly the kiss of death for what is now Paramount Global. Paramount Pictures would lose BOTH Paramount TV and Paramount Parks to CBS, Tom Freston would be fined only 8 MONTHS removed from the split, and that REALLY hurt Viacom/Paramount more than anything else. Philippe Dauman was an idiot, Bob Bakish was a cheapskate, and Les Moonves was ousted because he stood in the way of Shari Redstone's wet dream of re-merging the 2 companies.

Haha yeah I think I hate it so much because I grew up with it with Nickelodeon as a kid and then Comedy Central as a teen and seeing them waste all that potential. I agree they never should have split and then they didn’t handle the merger back very well either. They literally ruined a dynasty and we’ll see the full fall out next year once Skydance officially takes over
