What a wonderful collection of cookbooks! I see some that are in my collection as well. I would also recommend that you purchase the cookbooks that are published by the various Junior League organization chapters in the US. They are beautiful books and they reflect unique local cuisine in an elegant way.

True. You don't want to cook in pure copper pans but copper bowls are best for whipping egg whites though.
