I want to say no, but skyjay is definitely the best incineroar and knows stuff other incins don't. I think the most popular incin player in japan is tempaman, although I haven't heard anything about them recently. Miya also played incin recently but it was only for grand finals really so I can see why the matchup check is real

I’m an Incineroar detractor, people often say he’s balanced, how is this balanced? He’s so very broken, and that sequence Down B, Side B carries him (as a character) so much, he’s not a fun character to play against and he’s definitely not a fair character to anyone, that side B should be nerfed hard, either make it contestable with your own buttons (such as Bowser’s side B) or make it not able to cross shields, that’s just simply not okay, many people I know find him truly annoying as well, he invalidates almost all light-medium weight characters which cannot survive more than one interaction and this character has an amazing air frame data, it’s just simply NOT OKAY. Although he can be camped which is basically the only way to keep him away from you, I’ve played him myself and that’s the reason why I know he is so broken, frame 3 counter, which can break combos, Frame 5 Nair, frame 7 Upair and Bair, frame 8 Fair, frame 5 Neutral B, excellent grab range and almost unchallengeable side B, in fact, you can’t do anything against it in the air and as it lasts so long, most of the time it still grabs you if you air dodge, you can only challenge it with grab on the ground and most grabs won’t last long enough so again, it has to be done perfectly. No other character can deal 70% damage in one hit or even kill you with so little commitment like this guy with a down B, side B sequence. In other words you have to either camp hard almost Pac-Man/Sonic gameplay or just simply play perfect in order to have a chance against a medium/high skilled Incineroar player such as Skyjay, Incineroar’s very few weaknesses are just imperceptible. Also, Skyjay has clearly shown his recovery can be mixed very well and it’s not bad like Ganondorf’s side B that leaves him in free fall, and how risky it is to edgeguard Incineroar when his up B can simply kill you first or his side B can gimp YOU instead.

It's very hard to make incineroar work at a decent level, you nearly have no reps and for a good reason, incineroar doesn't have a clear advantage state/disadvantage state. He relies on reads and understanding you opponent which makes him a very volatile character to play compared to most. You should try incineroar you will most likely understand why it's way harder to mash with him than with other characters
