Cant wait till they update intercept EX in a few month so playing around with the overload system might actually be possible. Right now we get so few rocks and pure RNG trash T9 equipment that its not a reliable or realistic way to increase power.

And don't forget the amount creadits needed for overload. At some point you will be forced to choose between leveling up nikkes or having more levels on overload gear T_T

@@Silver_Salvation wrong. My synchro is at lvl 381. Credits become a concern more and more. You need roughly 1.5 mil credits per one piece of overload gear level zero, 6 mil per nikke. Considering the impact of the new CP calculation you also need to overload not only your supports and flex attackers, but also pvp teams.

Then again i dont overload all my nikkes, only the few ones i use because im not a whale. how do you even have enough skill mats to build so many nikkes up? thats the real resource that is always empty.

i do beleive in some of the recent notes they explained in a few months youll be able to exchange excess t9 gear for what you might need.

I think the elemental combat power bump is more SU reinforcing elemental meta. Like it's already a gigantic bonus when you can use it, and it's better than crit on thr vast majority of units, so we should already be going for it.

i thought CP was just a combination of attack, defense, and HP. lol anyway i feel like this change is bad... i mean CP number can easily be inflated, and give ppl false info imo. at first i thought these state are implemented to the attack state and defense and hp and give you a better idea of how strong you character is.. but it doesn't seem like it? idk.. right after the patch my CP went up and didn't change anything and i could beat the place where i couldn't, does that mean high CP actually applies to damage? i am kinda confused..

no.. it just means that you lost less stats from being at a deficit.. if you were at a 20% deficit but now you are blue CP.. you will be doing more damage simply because you arent losing stats from being below. also inflated how? by being strong? inflated by having good OLs and high level cubes/dolls? they shouldve been into the calculations already. this change means invested units matter which shouldve always been the case. my invested units are way higher cp than my uninvested units now. also what false info? the false info that the higher cp character has triple line overloads? i think you just dont understand the game tbh.

@@newp0rt oh i didn't knew deficit gives you penalties that's why it was doable. thanks for the info. i mean false info as if you don't know the game well and you have OL gears with 3 useless stats and high rank etc will give you higher CP, but not really stronger than someone with actually useful 2 stats but mid rank. i guess i don't know enough yet. lol

On story/hard/towers your damage/survivability scales with combat power because being below the recommended power decreases your stats. Before overloads gave almost no increase in combat power but still gave stats, now they give a huge amount of power. Rather than inflation it's a measure to help most players so they can progress faster.

He says at 7:40 to just get the first overload bc it will be tier 11 for cp

The recommended says 100k, and it says i only got 80k but when i check at character select it says that i have 110k CP is bug or something because now i got stat penalty when i shouldn't have

@@user-nikkebot They nerfed the loaner units about one-two weeks ago. If you were using them to clear the story mode, you have my condolence. Since you've mentioned the recommended value of 100k you are probably on Chapter 19 like me. Basically your own units at 160 are now pretty close to the lvl 200 loaner units (about 5k difference per unit CP wise).
