This trailer is now 10 years old, it's kinda crazy how quickly they released a trailer for the next game after Skylanders started selling well in the holiday season. The game itself will be 10 years old on October 17. As someone who played the first game in Christmas of 2011, and loved collecting new Skylanders and playing as them, I was really excited about this game. I first heard about it through the Nintendo Power Magazine, and I still remember the magazine where they first revealed Swarm. Skylanders Giants was the first game that I ever bought on its' day 1 release, and the game lived up to my hype, I think Giants is what Schafrillas Productions would classify as "a perfect sequel" and this is my 2nd favorite Skylanders game only bested by Trap Team.

Things i know about this: There will be around 20 new (giant) characters, you will be able to use them on other console (ofcourse), the toys will be twice as big as the normal ones, there will be new maps/levels, there will be a new kinda special battle mode (online). Im guessing you wont have to buy another portal, but it would be only normal if you have to buy for the disc (40 Euro? [70 - 30

Thanks, if your interested in this game it is kiddie but in a diablo way :D I highly recommend it, its like what pokemon creators probably thought of doing but didn't have the creative minds like toys for bob the company that made this game. Loads of characters, levels, giants, and powers for each what is not to like. I hope part 3 they will spend 2 more years to make it flawless. Great game for kids, and adults alike :D

This….This is my childhood, I remember going to store after store after store to find them all! It was a great adventure, but even if these guys are old and no longer made, I still play with them all! Well except lightning rod, and finally, FINALLY getting pearl hot head I was so excited till I found out it’s just hot head but the toy is painted white and covered with glitter ✨, yeah, $90 and 9 YEARS LATER it’s just hot head! Don’t spend the money on a chase variant just don’t 😤

I always loved playing these games and collecting the figures. I have every single figure from the first 2 games, including variants, and I think I speak for most of us when I say that Pumpkin Eye Brawl was the most disappointing variant since he still looks the same in-game and his eye doesn't change to the pumpkin. They had such a cool design and didn't do anything with it, and what made this even worse for me, is that I actually got Pumpkin Eye Brawl BEFORE I got the regular Eye Brawl, so since it doesn't change its' in-game appearance, there was really no point in me getting regular Eye Brawl other than just being able to have all of the figures. I've played all of the Skylanders games, but I only have all of the figures for the first 2 games, because I didn't really want to do it anymore when Swap Force came out and it would start to get too expensive anyway, as well as the fact that I was also playing and collecting Disney Infinity as well, but I do have a pretty big collection for Swap Force and Trap Team, my Superchargers collection isn't as big, but still pretty good, and my Imaginators collection is pretty small because I was starting to get tired of Skylanders.
