Gan San just has to be one of the best drivers over there, I mean, he was 63 when this was recorded, and I have several DVD's from Best Motoring with Gan San. And yes, He is The Man!

o0o0o0o love that sound! can be reproduced by a rb20 with 6 throttle bodies and some crazy cams. considering the RB20 is an s20 anyway (apart form different stroke bore) and they make 114kw NA

Also for Gan San was a nice remember lap,like a present,he feels like that,, Amazing sound,it remains me a mix of some old ferrari carburation motor sounds and lambo lp500,but lambo is much more screamin and fast revs sound of course,,but this sound remainds me the sound of his other "big monster brothers" in car competition hystory

the lamborghini diablo was a manual car that weighted about the same and yes i imagine it was a brute to drive but that was with technology from more then 10 years ago it could be possible to have the gtr with a stick transmission now. actually i think ive seen a kit that made it stick in a magazine maybe super street not sure though anyways no use for me to cry about something i'll never own lol

they don't want a straight six like the RB just for wieght. On the other hand Nissan has taken the new v6 much further than any other car company. and the GTR is still a six cylinder.

Tyres that last forever and downforce sort of ruined racing. If racing was like this again, it would get a hell of a lot more exciting. Now who would love to see the old track layout brought back? Fuji had no personality after the re-design. Or at least there should be a restoration for the banked turn.
