That might be my winning ticket ✌🏽one thing is for sure. I made my build to run for 10-15mins none stop bashing and hard speed runs, With out over heating. Max speed is only 79-81mph tho…your rig is a dang rocket at 89…My $100 still on the table lol

Yeah man not with this one it's just not fair, it's geared for 100mph in grass. I have other chill riggs that make things fair. 60 mph gearing is the sweet spot to get decent runtime with 10.Ah in grass. The way brushless is its one or the other, can't have both.

What is the advantage to running a Mad Max esc or TP power motor in reality or any other expensive stuff. So far your fastest speed in this car single motor on grass was with basic Max 4 esc and HW 56113.. think you pulleddl 592 amps at 44v with that setup and believe it was lower KV. Same with all the videos I see on youtube, none of these mgm, Lehner combos, TP power motors etc are holding the records. XLX 2 and castle is king of on road world record speed running on only 8s. I've not yet seen any of these MGM, Mad Max esc, high KV TP motors break any records yet. Sure they are powerful but seem to run hot with little to no gain in top speed. What happened with your Mad Max 21, saw you had a used one for sale on your website, are you not trying any further runs with that esc? Hell even the castle 1700kv on only 8s was on par with the 70125 on 16s Mad 21 esc in your XRT and 1100kv not miles behind

Alot of stuff is being tested that I can't disclose MGM50063 is the most powerful esc unless we bring up the bigger 90063. I was able to push my 33 pound arrma truck to 134mph with a castle motor on 15s 9.5Ah, castle 8s could not keep up with it in the same truck with 8s 12Ah. Mad 20 is breaking records behind doors more on that later. I won't be putting a MGM setup in a limitless unless I get a nice long runway to run on, all I have is a short runway and a long sketchy road to run on. MAD 20 is the most gangsta esc out there price pet power. u haven't seen the mad 20 in real action yet. 89mph on this field is awesome, Max4 with a longer field with 12s 20Ah it tapped out at 94. The mad 20 will crush it with any motor I choose that is within reasonable kv. aloy of new stuff is coming out so I can't say too much. Mad 21 is not as powerful as the mad 20. I am waiting to see if a more capable 16s esc come out, but honestly the mad 20 is all I need.

@KiloWattRC yea it's annoying that mgm esc only go 15s, why such a random cell count I don't know. Flier have plenty escs but don't seem to perform what they say they should. I don't know about the huge fliers that are like 600 amps, 22s etc but they all tend to be water cooled and probably super heavy. The highest 16s rated esc I have seen from a decent brand is APD HV Pro 16, in fact a couple on eBay ATM going for Luke half price or less brand new, but don't think they are sensored or have any car specific software. They do have a ridiculously high erpm though of like 1 million or something which is way way higher than MGM even. APD HV pro 16s esc is supposed to be 400 amps continous so 100 higher than Mad 21.

@DanielK-xn5si I've seen one of those APD blow up in a electric supercharger build on your tube. The user ended up going with mgm80063 and lehner 30100, then he eventually went with hobbywing max4 and castle 2028 800kv
