予備キーに日本配列のエンターが入ってるし使いやすそう

おぉ！よくチェックされていますねー！😆 おっしゃる通り、ISOエンターが同梱されているんですが、キーボード側がISOエンターの取り付けに対応しているかは試せていないので、実際のところは不明ですね🙏

ロータリーエンコーダーが、スイッチ互換なら、ESCキーを変えたりとかも出来そうな気はするんですが…

はい、そうですね！ 基板側がロータリーエンコーダに対応している位置が決まっていて、以下の箇所にロータリーエンコーダーを取り付けることができます ESC、F11、F12、PrtSc、ScrLk、Pause
