Skylords Reborn is a fan-made project that revived BattleForge, a multiplayer real-time strategy and collectible card game set in the mythological world of Nyn.
As a Skylord you collect cards from different factions of Nyn and build decks to magically summon spells, creatures and buildings that suit your unique play style. Skylords Reborn is not pay to win or pay to progress, and only dedication and mastery will lead you to victory.
Crush bandit encampments, topple mighty titans and survive the wicked twilight hordes or compete against other Skylords to reign supreme. Embark on a journey, learn the strengths and weaknesses of each card and achieve the unimaginable. A reborn world awaits you.

My daughter was born this year that was a great moment in life.. but the return of then forge is a whole different thing. One of the best games ever in my opinion and im so friggin happy its back! Also they made it imposible to pay for the game.. i mean who are these legends!!? :')

Wow, talk about a blast from the past. How much solo content is there? I remember the game having plenty of multiplayer PvE maps but I doubt the community is going to be as big as it was before.

There are quite a few solo missions, maybe 10 or so? Though actually the community is pretty active right now, at least at launch, i found 2 player and 4 player coop matches pretty quickly, even 12 player matches quite often. Also, if you're good enough (or have the right deck), you can solo 2 player and even 4 player maps :D

The first PvP tournament 2 days ago had 150 players and ~200 views on Twitch, so the game is doing pretty great! Even 12 players maps are firing.

OMG you are heroes. It was a shame that EA simply shut down the servers. Nowadays shutting down game servers must be linked with a last update, giving people a way of continuing use of the purchased software. Wasn't there a EU ruling or something? Anyways. Is this playable? Years ago I try to play it and the game crashed every 2 minutes. When I asked if this was normal, one of the persons involved in the project proceed to attack me on the discord chat for asking that.

I just wish the devs would be nicer people :( I asked for help with my account and one of the developers just raged at me... one other dev was defending me against him and then out of nowhere he also did the same. This is unprofessional in my opinion.. this is the reason I do not play.

I did multi accounting in the beta which was pretty stupid ofc but i didnt read the caption right above "beware multi acc cause perma" i played the real battleforge back in the days and liked it alot but i guess multi acc will be perma banned forever right ?

It's stand alone because it's a volunteer project which doesn't own the IP, so it can't be on an official storefront like Steam.
