A “sociopath” has little regard for another person's emotions, rights, or experiences. They lack remorse for their actions, and they act in ways that show no regard for others, including lying, cheating, and manipulating

Exactly so! When most politicians begin their careers they have the best of intentions but as they become accustomed to how Westminster 'works' then the majority join in with the 'trough', the 'Elite' educated are like this right at the start of their careers because their system of 'education' teaches them so, they lead, even if not by example, and in fact don't particularly 'Govern' as a Government should but Rule as they see fit. Modern 'Society' is just a watered down version of Medieval feudalism and was particularly so pre WW 1 and until just after WW 2, it is now returning with a vengeance! History has a way of repeating itself because we as a species have no idea how to really live with each other and those in charge become so corrupt and indifferent that they don't concern themselves with the fact that what they are doing is obvious to the people as they once hid things in the past. This is when a 'Society' Empires collapses as those in the past have done so. Our 'Societies' will collapse soon, very soon because we cannot learn!

It's somewhat bewildering that his final demise was influenced by his appointment of a known sex offender. Mr Pincher was the catalyst for his removal from power, while his actions prior to this event have been treated with utter ignorance. Get ready for a major revelation about his past. It's on its way, and that's why he has been relieved of his position by his fearful colleagues. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

No Politician from any country can now Govern as they should, that's what the word Government is supposed to mean , the senior Politicians are mostly Corporate stooges as they are on a Board of a Corporation (s) or a shareholder. It is the Corporations that run our 'Society' the Politicians are just the mouthpieces.

It's the responsibility of a good journalist to play devils advocate. Which Beth Rigby does well. She asks questions that on the face of it might be considered biased, but she is well prepared. She asks those questions knowing the type of response she will get from the people she is interviewing. I watched the interview with Alistair Darling it was a well questioned interview that elicited animated responses.

Actually, this is even worse for the Tories. Johnson, despite saying he resigns - hasn't actually said he has resigned from being Prime Minister. Only that he has resigned from being Tory leader. This makes it very awkward for the Tories because Johnson could make it very very uncomfortable for them, the longer he plays this out. Johnson could very well destroy the Tories from within.
