Chris Kenny hits out at ABC Media Watch host over ‘disgusting smears’

Chris Kenny has hit out at Media Watch host Paul Barry after suggesting the Sky News host and others criticise Vice President Kamala Harris because of her skin colour and gender.
“He has no basis for making such disgusting smears, but he deliberately leaves that odious suggestion out there all the same,” Mr Kenny said.
“In fact, as the daughter of an Indian immigrant, Kamala Harris shares not just the gender but a significant part of her ethnic heritage with my wife and therefore my two children.”
The Sky News host also accused Mr Barry of attempting to “demonise” people who disagree with him, saying the ABC host “ought to be ashamed” of his smears.
“He takes a salary from taxpayers like you and I and uses it to run an ideological program that attempts to demonise those who disagree with him,” Mr Kenny said.
“You thought it was your ABC, they think it’s their ABC, but for Paul Barry, well he runs amok like it’s his ABC because nobody is in charge over there.”

A transportation secretary who is allergic to doing his job, he was 'on vacation' during two huge crisis' and even after he returned there was minimal action from his department. Had these happened in New Orleans or Michigan the response would have been quite different. The entire federal government is suffering from abject ineptitude because they staffed agencies with people who had no experience in the work they were expected to do but were POCs who were 'politically reliable' and would take ALL their queues from the White House. Which meant a train disaster with toxic waste in a Red State would get delayed and inadequate assistance from the Dept of Transportation and no help from FEMA. And a Secret Service chief who allowed sloppy or deliberately neglectful work that nearly got someone killed. The Democrats have started a new dark playbook with government and it plays stupid DEI games at our expense.
