I agree with Senator Price, first job is a total audit of the Aboriginal industry. The amount that is spent in eye watering. Building new houses in remote communities is not a good idea as there is no jobs for the adults and no future for the kids. Integration is what is needed. Welfare causes more problems as it is just a money train and people end up losing interest in working and building a better life. Children should be removed if they are being abused, doesn't make any difference what the colour of their skin is. We showed up at 7am to install a solar powered phone box at a remote community 150 km south of Broome. " Need to speak to the boss ", said my boss. " That'll be me", said a lady, chopping up some mull. " Ya wanna beer? Wanna cone? Me and the other off-sider looked at each other, amused. " No, no, said boss, need to see your plans, we're Gunna be diggin' across your community". " I dunno nuthin about no plans, says she. " But they were brought here 3 weeks ago, where's your electrical, your sewerage, your water? We can't dig if we don't know where anything is!" She shrugs. " I dunno about no plans!" So back to Broome we drive on an hourly rate. We got paid. Guess who paid though, not the boss. . .

Hearing about this poor Aboriginal girl's repeated rape since the age of 3 would make any decent Australian sick. But do we hear about it in the newspapers of the Left? And what has been done to the offender(s) in this case? Likely nothing as it is a cultural feature. It seems Aboriginal culture, including its depravity (by the standards the rest of us live by), must be preserved at all costs: personal, societal and financial.

It's a very attractive ideology: you are perpetually oppressed (and consequently often get a free pass), can justify any sense of grievance you have as being somebody else's fault, and all of this attracts a lot of $$$, provided by guilty oppressors. This generally only benefits the middle-class of any oppressed group, and their allies, who live very well off the funds and grants, which rarely trickle down to provide benefits to the working classes. File under identity politics, multiculturalism.

The figures wasted and the lack of tangible outcome are easily there for the public to see!! If Australians want to see actual politicians take account for and fix the issue… vote PHON! PHON’s +15yrs of defending Australians, OUR land, our values, our profits, our betterment as a country… we need a new era of government, to dissolve the dirty little under table agreements that are proliferating our current politicians and Australia’s future.

All aboriginal elders, leaders and aboriginal organisations have failed our indigenous first Australians. With all the billions of $ the government has handed out over many years one must ask where has the money gone? Who has benefited from the handouts. It seems certainly not the local indigenous communities. The current govt is totally inept and won’t/can’t solve the problem. I just hope when the Lib/Nat get back into power they will put a stop to all this waste and put forward a plan that will serve the people whom the money is I tended for. Enough is enough.

most elders have gone to where the money is , the cities or major towns . With all the money being spent on the Aboriginals , you could possibly buy a home for them and give them a stay at home wage . If you asked every Aboriginal what they truly wanted , then they were given what they wanted , they would still want more . What ever you give to todays people , the next generation would want that and more .. Then the next generation after that would ask for the same thing . Point is , there will never be peace , there will always be racism . Solution , get off your butts and get a job . Look at the state of the communities , rubbish , car bodies , lawns not mowed , houses falling down / vandalised , you get the point . All other towns communities etc have to do there own clean up , in most cases , so what 's so different with the First Nations people . That's right , we are paid by the Government to do nothing . You do a great job Andrew Bolt , please keep it up .

And we are supposed to have respect of those Indigenous people just because they are " allegedly" the oldest "culture" ? I don't think so. As Jacinta Price just recently stated, the main problem with the Indigenous people is that violence is part of their culture. As long as that doesn't get addressed and changed, nothing will happen/change.
