‘How dare you?’ Rowan Dean hits out at Noel Pearson over ‘offensive’ Voice speech

Sky News host Rowan Dean has slammed an “offensive” speech in support of a Voice to Parliament which came from prominent ‘Yes’ campaigner Noel Pearson.
In Mr Pearson’s speech, he can be heard saying “I say to multicultural communities in the campaign that I am involved in around the country, I say to them, listen, where do you fit into Australia?”
Mr Dean hit back at this statement, saying “Noel Pearson’s speech really, really disturbed me”.
“Which is race-baiting, is dividing the nation deliberately, is offensive in the extreme.
“Every one of us in Australia strives to make this the most successful, multiracial nation on Earth.
“How dare you - that was the most disgusting thing I have ever heard.”

I'm a West Aussie born and bred. My ancestral heritage is Irish Native American, I get the pride in your heritage. I've always considered that Australia is the lucky country because God said in his eyes we are all equal and we live it and blessed we are. I live in a street with around 20 different cultures, mixed. Our kids play together, we celebrate what we have in common not what is different.
