Sky News host Peta Credlin delivers a “reality check” on the so-called cost of living relief the government was crowing about in parliament on Monday.
“If the Albanese government really wants to help families struggling with cost of living pressures, it should forget the productivity-sapping pro-union changes it is bringing into small business, and end the embargo on using coal and gas here, in favour of getting the fundamentals right,” Ms Credlin said.
“Not insult us with claims of making our lives easier by taking money out of one pocket to put some back into the other pocket, and then telling us we should be grateful.”

I’m on a carers pension an in the last two an a half years I’m $250 per week worse off, almost can’t afford to survive and look after myself an my son, pension rates rise was about $15 per week. I a d many who invest our will not get any benefits concerning electricity or anything else because they took aleast 1 quarter of our pension. But yes but if you have a family trust funds you will still receive the full pension. THISTLE is what the Australian government treats those of us as if we have committed a CRIME.
