When Biden still had time remaining, Tapper reminded him of his talking points. It was as if Biden had been provided all of the questions in advance and the "hosts" were given Biden's study materials to prompt him with follow-up 'questions'/comments when needed.

For me this was particularly hard to watch…after losing my stepfather to Alzheimer’s and I looked after him along with my mother. 7 years it took till for him to die in June 2022. I watched this once strong highly intelligent man deteriorate over the last years of his life. It was hard for both mum and I to watch him slowly destroyed by this horrible disease. Watching Biden brings back memories of my stepfather’s decline. Shame on those who are placing him this position instead of getting him the healthcare he truly needs…this does give you a good understanding of the depth of evil these people will go to just to stay in power.😔

Me too - lost my father to Alzeimers (plus complications) a year and a half ago. Its a horrible, cruel disease. The speech, mannerisms and walk etc of JB are all very familiar. I'm sure he's on medication, but dementia decline can't be stopped - only slowed. There are natural peaks and troughs. Shame on his wife, aides and peers for keeping this farce going, rather than reducing stress and making the most of remaining years. He may not want to go - he may be in denial - or it may suit others to have a puppet President. It's bordering on cruel.

I mean, there have been a lot of candidates who suck at public speaking; but they can speak coherent English. Here's the thing. In the 2020 campaign, it was abundantly obvious that brandon had significant cognitive impairment. (and he was never very bright to begin with) It has been getting worse at an accelerating pace and the debate put the dementia part front and center.
