In terms of dialing in the flow, do you have to do that while in flight as you fly higher? This would mean you need access to the tank and regulator while in flight and that makes a difference for some planes.

You could just set the flow to the highest altitude you plan on using, and accept the fact that you’re going to waste some. It’s really a good idea to be able to access the bottle though..

That's a 22 cu. ft. cylinder, which yields about 21 man-hours on a cannula. So 10 hours for two people using it simultaneously.
