great video, but you didn't show the use on an elinchrom Quadra ranger, the earlier version of the elb series, can this work with these modern transmitters? and a video on the "custom settings" to change this to use hss (speed head{A}), channels, etc.

How do you update the firmware on the triggers? The Elinchrom website is not helpful.

You need to download the Elinchrom updater on their website. www.Elinchrom.com/firmware then look for the Elinchrom updater 2.4, download the relevant mac or windows firmware and once downloaded, double click Elinchrom updated .exe file, plug in your El Skyport plus into your computer and it should be immediately recognised.

If you mean the frx it should be able to go into speed mode.
