"a remarkably unlikable people in many ways" is the understatement of the era, there.

I'm a medieval historian who studies manuscripts containing fairy summoning rituals (they didn't conceptualize fairies like most people do today). Part of my contextualizing work addresses the origins of ideas about the nature of elves, fairies, and dwarves... The tone of this book ran true to many of my older secondary sources :P

Come to think of it, in The Elder Scrolls series, retroactive continuity is actually part of the gameplay.

Hey, Gopher. I watch your videos. Been watching them for years. My girlfriend always asks why, seeing as I don't play video games much. I'm always explaining it's because of your angle: the way you make it a story. Thing is, it's also your voice. I like your accent. I like your powers of vocal modulation. I like how you use words. I am a writer. I write fantasy and science fiction. I'm running an IndieGoGo campaign to fund printing a collection of short stories. Here's the pitch: I wondered if you would be willing to read a brief passage from one of the stories out loud for me. A very small amount. Less than five minutes. I could use that as part of my promotional material. I would attribute it, of course, and encourage people to check out your stuff too. I tend to walk the edge between spartan and floral with my prose, and I fight more in the spartan direction. Think if Ray Chandler got to do the last edit on Tolkien. I think some of my stuff in your voice would be gorgeous. You keep being cool. You can email me at OliverSideways at Gmail dot com, if this catches in your mind. I can send you a link to one of my stories so you can see if I'm a crap writer. My mom likes my stories, though, so I think I'm probably in good shape. (No harm in asking, I figure.)

Ok I'm sure you've seen this before and I'm being silly, but I just found out about a mod that would let Leonard pen his own journal. We all know Lenny would love nothing more than to write a...possibly embellished tale of his heroics. To be published posthumously of course, to avoid concerning current personages mentioned therein. It's called Take Notes on the Nexus.

I wouldn't say it's a good mod for this particular playthrough, no. In fact I think it'd just confound him.
