Brayden Chou-lee I think you can only get it with the id code or if you go to the room with all the items of the game. You can enter the room with the code coc qasmoke and to go out you have to write coc riverwood.

You can't just get dance packs and immediately start raving. You need DS (Dance Synchronizator) Light. I got DS Light into my game with Mod Organizer and it worked, maybe you can try that way too.
