Both times you read Elder Scrolls (the Dragon at the World-Wound, and the Blood (technically all three) at the Ancestor Glade,) you are standing in a nexus of power that harmonises with them. In Dragon's case, the nexus is the paradox that was caused when Felldir wielded it against Alduin. In Blood's case, the nexus is the combination of your swarm of Ancestor Moths and whatever is generating the lightwell (though even with these advantages, you almost get screwed up by the reading.) Moth Priests don't tend to have either advantage when reading Scrolls, so they need prep time and risk for any reading (as seen with Dexion.)
