Are there any mods that simulate a separate Dragonborn in any way? What I imagine is playing an alternate start mod, and what the mod that I'm sure doesn't exist would do is sort of simulate the main/Dragonborn related quests with a completely seperate character as you level your character. Not necessarily the whole quest line, but at certain levels you would activate events from the quests that wouldn't trigger until you enter the area for you to see + would progress the main story for you to watch unfold without being directly involved in it. Imagine being able to witness an actual NPC that represents the Dragonborn (maybe a follower or two for him/her) walking around Skyrim, completing certain parts of the dragonborn related quests as you level up; lets say you just got to level 6 and the next time you went by Whiterun you see people fighting a dragon by the watchtower. They kill it and you see the NPC designated as the Dragonborn absorb the soul and the dialogue unfold ( the DB being voiced or not, idk), or turning level 14 and deciding to explore the Ratway only to see Esbern escaping/fighting Thalmor with a random NPC that is shouting them left and right. Maybe you get to level 56 and see the DB's NPC absorbing a word from a word wall in some deep ruin. Just a thought.

By the way that hide armor mod is my favorite because it reminded me of skill you can unlock in the game "Prototype 2". Its a skill that you can gain that puts armor under the protagonists skin which is "James Heller". And also that under-skin hide only deflects bullets. Bombs or missiles damage you. Having done some mods of my own (nothing I've been brave enough to upload), I can definitely appreciate the talent and attention to detail that these modders have. Many of these presented in this video are indeed awesome and I have nothing but kudos to give to their authors. For performance reasons, I don't download a ton (even on my newish pc that's not quite a year old yet) so if I don't try these, it would mainly be due to that. Also, since I play exclusively in first person mode, I don't think one like the skin effects would be much use to me, though again, I compliment the author and can see where people who prefer 3rd person would love it.
