I installed Relationship Dialogue Overhaul and it made Vilkas worth having around as my spouse-follower. He'd go all 'The sunrise is _almost_ as pretty as you.' and 'How about we find something to do to keep ourselves _warm_ tonight.' I always make my Dragonborn show affection everytime he says those lines even when we're in the middle of a dungeon run. I think Faendal and Illia are sick of the PDAs and roll their eyes everytime haha

I love the voice actor, Michael Gough. To be able to be Deckard Cain from Diablo, Gopher from Winnie the Pooh, Carmine from Gears of War, and half the voices of Skyrim and no one can tell... he's insanely talented.

this is the original game! you need to complete the companions questline to be able to marry vilkas :)
