Hi Jay. Thanks for this video since I an wanting to join this company. I do have a few questions. I live in San Francisco. San Francisco uses its own listing/purchase agreement forms (SFAA). As well, because of so many old buildings here in San Francisco, they also have other disclosures that other cities do not have. Does SKYSLOPE TRANSACTION COORDINATOR already have these required docs ready to go? Second, Do I have to join the other realtor associations if I chose to do deals outside of San Francisco? I thought sky slope was included in the tech fee? So you also pay $300 a month per transaction? or is what she was talking about an optional portion of the service?
