The instructions aren't great because he is talking to Ethan... He pretty much knows all of it already and if it's a variation to a known thing, Ethan will catch on pretty quickly. If needed, like in the beginning with the plank exercise, he will call out "the wrongs" and give positive feedback to improve, because the pt wasn't wrong you know.
