@@Jay-qm8cx I agree with that but I don't think people can get very far on belief alone otherwise they wouldn't do things like train. Having belief in your heart to support all the hard-work is good though and will probably push you much further to a spot of greatness. People say basic things with little depth that sells the wrong idea, dumbed down versions so they're easier to consume, since masses are dumb and gullible. Though if you don't believe in yourself for fighting and are doubtful of your victory, you've lost before the fight has begun. Your spirit has already accepted defeat.

George that’s not true at all. Francis Ngannou started out as a boxer. Holly Holm who destroyed Ronda Rousey was a boxer. Boxers can do very well in UFC if they learn take down defence properly. Look how well Chuck Liddell did and he hits no way as hard as a boxer. As long as they master the take down defence they would be unstoppable. James Toney didn’t bother to learn anything but it’s not difficult to learn take down defence.
@johnpaulmccarthy61124 жыл бұрын
F.H M yes but it’s much easier to master MMA so many fighters have done well with little experience including Lesnar, Holly_Holm, Francis Ngannou. The only fighters that have crossed well into boxing are kickboxers.

jim ross Putting our boxing knowledge aside. Your opinion is that a man (any man boxer or not but even more so a boxer) is willing to sit around a table with a man who had him taken to court for slander,yet 7 years down the line he would refuse to sit round a table with a man who called him a clown. I hope Fury watches this back. Frank always liked and believed in Tyson. I've heard Scott Welch be very complementary about Fury early in his career. Lennox now rates Fury massively but I remember there back and forth, and AJ and Tyson don't seem to have real dislike of each other, and there's clearly mutual respect. I found the conversation around 17:00 minutes interesting. Fury saying it'll be hard to get people to like him so he does have to earn the admiration....well bloody hell it was hard, and he has earned it! The amount of fans he had at Wilder 2 was something like the Hatton days.
