I agree with you, I don't really get the negativity surrounding AJ especially from the pundits, Froch I kind of understand as he is unhappy about AJ leaving Rob Mckracken, and the nose comment made about Froch probably hurt too😂, No doubt there is a little envy thrown in there to. Simon Jordan I think is just purely jelous of Eddie Hearn and AJ gets it through association. But when you're constantly being attacked like AJ was after losing to Ruiz and then Usyk, anyone is going to eventually retaliate. Trouble with this county people don't appreciate what we got until its gone, put so much pressure on our athletes when doing well and just get dropped or hated on as soon as they make a mistake or lose, it must be a mental nightmare to be top if your game and in the spotlight for so long, not being able to do anything with out the media picking up on it and criticising you for it. There is no doubt AJ has done wonders for British boxing over the last 10-12 years, that many other boxers are now benefiting from. Its hard to dislike Dubois to, I think he is genuinely a nice polite lad being told to try and be more aggressive in his interviews, he clearly has not had the media training AJ has, obviously not confident in speaking to the crowds and almost looks like a a dear in the headlights in these press conference, can't help feel for him, but then think that is the difference that Eddie has made with AJ from a young age, he has managed to steer him and guide him on his path, I believe DDD has been rushed through early not had that support behind the scenes. I'll be sorry to see either of them lose to be fair both being British boxers, but for British boxing I hope AJ does get through this fight and win, as it will be better for British boxing lines up a massive fight with AJ and Fury, ( whether he wins or loses to Usyk) Daniel has plenty of time to come again and a loss here won't be as detrimental to his carreer as it would be to AJ. looking forward to it this evening, as they say it should be a banger.

I can't settle on an outcome. AJ's looked a career best under Davison, DDD's head movement is not world level so you have to say AJ nails him. Otto walin is a good opponent. Nganou not so much but still a big motherfucker and he flatlined him. Miller is not a good opponent and Hrgovic has been fairly invisible in the boxing scene recently(Controversial win to a fat old chinese man and a look at who he fought before DDD). But you look at AJ's opponents of all time and it's a big mix of everything. He's fought more fighters of different calibre and style. He has the experience and that sticks with you.
