If we get beat by Newcastle and Liverpool, we're really in a scrap to get away from the relegation places. We then play Southampton, Brighton, Fulham and Palace. Those 4 games are massive. He needs a left footed wing back in Jan to give balance if he's going to persist with this shape. Hopefully we can sell off some deadwood and pick up at least one or two players.
