The point about the front 3s is really good cos myself, and many Liverpool fans will agree with me that our front 3 have underperformed this year mainly cos they rarely link up well together. I want us to perfect it and get a 3 thats set in stone (mainly cos it was beautiful what we had before). I personally want Jota through the middle when he's back cos hes our best finisher at the club and his link up play is good enough to be that middle man. I want to see Nunez on the left and Salah on the right just to see how that works. But i really dont mind a Salah Gakpo Nunez front 3 either cos them 3 linked up amazingly few times last season

@vicsdunleavy21 Жыл бұрын
You make a good point but the reason why as an Arsenal fan I think it would be important is that it’s the kind of result that will give them belief to win as many games as possible even when the going gets tough. It would give them a different cache. It’s different with Man City because you know that even if they don’t win at Anfield they are more than capable of an 11-17 game winning streak which will propel them to the title in any season. With Arsenal we’re still not at that level to win a huge number of games in a row but I just wonder if a win at Anfield would give us the confidence to go on and do that

Interesting insight from Gary Neville. It’s hard to get the movement & interchange though from the front 3. Yet in the last 10 mins Arsenal looked the stronger side. Great game!
@jenkszy3684 Жыл бұрын
@@housinauthority5258 yeah they were stronger at the end but didn’t really have many chances, lfc should’ve scored 3 in the first 15 mins of the 2nd half but end product was awful

Arsenal were so dominant in the first 20 mins and Martinenli should’ve put arsenal 2-0 up 😂 you had one decent chance and that was Arnold hitting the cross bar

@@tedscores7705 arsenal gave the ball away in very dangerous positions 3 times at the start of the 2nd half. Liverpool should’ve been ahead

What a good quality game that was, actually i'm quite pleased with a draw..., it opens up the title race keeping it tight and allowing the momentary top 4 a shot at it, and ManCity still have to find their season second half form. I hate runaway leaders, we've had that too much the last few years. It's gonna be a good 2024.

City will again be Champion, even more so with De Bruyne returning in the first game of January... Team will start playing seriously in this 2nd round.

@@vitorbarros7160 no you won't this time u you won't win it every year this time. Arsenal and Liverpools timel u lot are greedy as well as. Cheats for breaking 101 premiership rules. Who cares if he's coming back makes no difference.

I agree with Gary Neville on the our Liverpool front Three not linking up. It's the main reason why we are not has clinical in the final 3rd as we should be , we kinda need mane ,firmino and salar link up between our current 3 .

When theyvwere 2 up I thought so too. But they got battered for more than half game. Everton got robbed. That wasn't title winning. Top 4 on as Man U and Chelsea gaff. Lets see if Aston Villa can keep going. Think first 3 already nailed on close as it is. 4th is up for grabs

Liverpool's front 3 is Salah, Nunez/Gakpo and Diaz/Jota. It looks bad because Jota is out, Diaz hasn't fully recovered from injury, and Nunez isn't putting the ball into the back of the net.

The front 3 for Liverpool should be Nunez Jota Salah Seeing Nunez off the left is a breath of fresh air and Jota with the way he can move between defenders so easily, both scored against Burnley in those positions, going forward that should be the main 3.
