Throwing all these stats at him hoping that he focused on them in some way, but its more the principles; taking one game at a time and trying in your own way to win. You can't approach your team and say "lets concede less than 60 goals this season" because its meaningless, especially over such a long period of time

Exactly in the end it's always the basic principle of taking one game at a time let's see what's the best outcome we can get out of that game. It always varies on opponent teams like if they are on form or not when you are meeting them. Like for example United is considered a top 6 team but at this moment they are horribly out of form so as manager if you are facing them targeting 3 points is what you aim but at the very least a draw. But if they are on form you would try to get a draw and try not to concede too many.

Depends on what your team is doing and where are they failing. Is it the lack of goals or assistance? Do you need to bring in a forward, midfielder or defender to stop goal leaking into the net or get a new goalkeeper?
